Trying hard not to be a hater. Also realizing that maybe I need to call our library and see if they do this.

That. Is. A. Lot. Of. Books.

I’m not jealous at all.

Okay, a tiny bit.

Alright, a lot.

(by the way, I thought this post was going to be about how everyone else is going to that dang fundraiser this weekend. Or maybe that jealousy is just me. And Christine).

Um, Claudia, I thought we agreed not to mention LA.

Yes, I knew I was going to this this morning – which is probably part of why I was thinking about you yesterday.

As IF I am not feeling pouty enough, now I have to look at the book pile. You just wait. I might be a born and bread midwesterner, but I am a naturalized New Yorker and I am about to start busting yo chops. Recognize!

Actually, I’m so happy for you, I love books and your kids obviously do, too!

Awesome! My favorite time of year is the spring… I attend a local book fair, where you can purchase an entire tote bag of gently used books for just $20.

Now I just need you to come here and organize them, TM.

Dang, that’s a good sale… better than ours. Was it a madhouse?

I’m happy for you.

Erin, It was JUST Childrens’ books, so that helps. I was one of the first in line, but I did end up with some serious personal space issues. Honestly, I think they were a cultural thing to some extent. People from places where it is common to get in front of each other and not have the same boundaries we have here. And, oh yeah, kids – who have no boundaries. Books are nice, a big dog would be better.
